package(s) will be sent through our standard shipping provider rates at the most economical rate - typically by ground shipping.

All packages are sent through U.S. Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and / or UPS Ground. The expected delivery time for most domestic packages within the continental United States is between 2 to10 business days.
We take pride in ensuring you receive your packages in a timely manner and pack all orders on the first business day (M-F) it is received. **Orders made on weekends, holidays, or after 10am (EST) M-F, will be sent out on the following business day.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping is available, please call 877-741-1771 to discuss options. Requests for an expedited service are packed and sent out the same business day, pending inventory supplies, and that the order is received before noon (EST). Orders received after noon will be processed the next business day. Expedited orders will come with tracking so you can keep posted on the location of your package once it leaves the facility.

Please take note that once purchased, for health and safety reasons, food items are not typically eligible for returns or refunds. However, if for some reason you're not satisfied or there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to discuss other options to satisfy your needs.
Please follow these simple steps within 30 days of receipt for returns:
If a refund is granted and we receive the intact product and slip we will issue a refund for all other costs, except minimum shipping and handling levies. The refund will be credited to your card, refund check or money order.
**We apologize but there will be no refunds on opened, empty or damaged products.**
Exception: If product is damaged upon delivery to you, please notify us immediately. In order to receive credit from post carrier we will need you to take the following pictures:
- Box with full shipping label.
- Any damage to the box externally.
- Inside of box with packing material.

The warnings placed on our product labels and invoices shipped to our customers in the State of California are to ensure compliance with CA Proposition 65 in order for us to maintain supplies to our customers in the State of California. It is also to demonstrate that we are in compliance with the law. We would like to assure you that we continue to offer our customers a very high quality products which are safe for use and consumption.
Our products offered under the brand ̀AyurBest ́ are made from all natural, dried and unprocessed whole herbs and spices, most certified organic. The chemicals of concern under the law are heavy metals, including lead as an element, that are naturally found in the soil, plant and water. We do not add any of these elements intentionally.
The requirement of a warning label is enforced by State of California for any product sold in the State that results in ingestion of more than 0.5 micrograms of lead in a day. This level of limit set forth by the State of California is thousand times lower than the level of exposure that has any known effect on humans or animals. All our herbs, spices and finished products are tested meeting internationally accepted safety standards.
Most of the herbs and spices contain very low levels of heavy metals which may require placement of a warning specified under the law. It is therefore that we have chosen to issue the specified warning under Proposition 65 on all products sold in the State of California so as to serve our customers with continuous access to the all-natural whole herb products.
