Wholesale Account Issues

"I signed-up for a wholesale account and cannot see wholesale pricing"
Did you receive account approval from a team member?
No - You will need to wait for approval, it takes up to 3-5 business days to formalize your account.
"I have ordered wholesale before but now I don't see the pricing"
Try logging out and logging back in. Sometimes there are updates that your login did not receive. If issue continues please contact us by email@example.com or call 877-741-1771 M-F 9-4
"I created an account but do not see wholesale pricing"
Did you complete an application for wholesale with this form?
"Some of my items in the cart are wholesale price and others are not"
This can happen if you are in the retail menu. This can be corrected a few ways.
1. Search your item at the top with the search feature. Select only products that begin with "Wholesale"
2. Shop the Wholesale Catalog by scrolling through the products. Click Here for Catalog. (Do not use the search bar at the top of the screen in this catalog or it will put you back into a mix with retail and wholesale)
3. Shop the Wholesale Order form by clicking here, this form has its own specialized search bar that will only show wholesale products.
