  • Valid only on USA orders.
  • Expedited/Express shipping rates will not be honored for "Free Shipping" discounts
  • All packages are sent through U.S. Postal Service, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. (These are considered standard shipping) If order qualifies for Free shipping, package(s) will be sent through our standard shipping provider rates at the most economical rate - typically by ground shipping. 

Shipping

All packages are sent through U.S. Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and / or UPS Ground. The expected delivery time for most domestic packages within the continental United States is between 2 to10 business days. We take pride in ensuring you receive your packages in a timely manner and pack all orders on the first business day (M-F) it is received. **Orders made on weekends, holidays, or after 10am (EST) M-F, will be sent out on the following business day. 


Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping is available, please call 877-741-1771 to discuss options. Requests for an expedited service are packed and sent out the same business day, pending inventory supplies, and that the order is received before noon (EST). Orders received after noon will be processed the next business day. Expedited orders will come with tracking so you can keep posted on the location of your package once it leaves the facility.


Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us directly for an accurate quote at 877-741-1771 or sales@komalherbals.com. Please also note that UPS guaranteed 3-day service is not available to these areas.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to most regions. Please note all international packages are sent by the United States Postal Service. We do not guarantee a time table for delivery, These orders are subject to applicable duties and taxes, and appropriate customs clearing fees. The customer is responsible for these fees. The customer is also responsible for return shipping to Komal Herbals in the USA if order is refused due to unpaid or unexpected custom or duty fees.
