I was not sure if I was going to like the taste or the texture, but I really love this! Honestly it is like a turmeric latte. It's not gritty and it has great turmeric and vanilla flavor. Just enough sweetness that you don't need to add anything. The shaker bottle works really well also. I had no lumps and it's great to travel with. Great addition to my day.

Since I have been taking manjistha, I've had improvements in my lymph drainage, skin and hair. I'm looking forward to other benefits the longer I take it. My boyfriend started taking it as well. It helps with his lymph drainage as well. His left ankle is not full of fluids anymore.
