Refund policy
Please follow these simple steps within 30 days of receipt for returns:
Provided we receive the intact product and slip we will issue a refund for all other costs, except minimum shipping and handling levies. The refund will be credited to your card, refund check or money order.
**We apologize but there will be no refunds on opened, empty or damaged products.**
Exception: If product is damaged upon delivery to you please notify us immediately and take pictures so they can be submitted to the carrier.
