Refund policy

Komal Herbals, Inc products are guaranteed to be of the freshest and highest quality available. We believe you will be delighted with selection of products. However, if for some reason you're not, we will be happy to accept returns or discuss other options to satisfy your needs.

Please follow these simple steps within 30 days of receipt for returns:

1. Call 877-741-1771 or sales@komalherbals.com to indicate intent to return.
2. Send the unopened product along with your receipt/packing slip (within 30days of receiving).**

 

Provided we receive the intact product and slip we will issue a refund for all other costs, except minimum shipping and handling levies. The refund will be credited to your card, refund check or money order.

 **We apologize but there will be no refunds on opened, empty or damaged products.**

Exception: If product is damaged upon delivery to you please notify us immediately and take pictures so they can be submitted to the carrier.
