  • How do I place my first order?

Once accepted into the program, Wholesale Account Members can place their first order online through the Komal Herbals Store or by calling us directly with your account and payment information.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Checkout by PayPal. Please note that if you choose to pay by check, your order will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of your check.

  • Do you offer drop shipping?

Wholesale Account Members are expected to stock their own inventory and provide the products to their customers directly.

  • How is shipping processed?

Wholesale Account Members orders are processed using the guidelines provided in our Shipping FAQ. 

  • Do you accept returns?

Wholesale Account Members returns will be accepted as per our standard Return Policy.

  • What are the Wholesale Partner discount rates?

Komal Herbals brand products are available at discounts that range from 20-50% off of retail pricing. Discounts are subject to change without notice. Wholesale Account Members are provided exact pricing details periodically.

  • Can we sell the products on Amazon or other similar online retail sites?
The Wholesale Program is intended to help practitioners, healthcare professionals, yoga centers and other retailers to stock and sell our products at a profit. Komal Herbals retains the sole rights to offering our products on any online commercial retail websites not independently owned and operated by Wholesale Partners.
  • Are we supposed to provide details on business registration documents:
Those who are interested to hold a Wholesale Account under our Wholesale Program are required to provide business registration documents like Tax ID, License or business Permit to qualify for it.
