Ingredients

100% Organic Long Grain White Rice

Made in a facility that handles dairy, sesame and tree nuts.

Basic Cooking Directions

• 2 cups water or broth
• 1 cup Kazana Organic Long Grain Rice
• 1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
• 1 teaspoon butter (optional)

Rinse rice in cool water and drain. Put all ingredients in a 2 quart pot with a tight fitting lid. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Stir occasionally during cooking. Remove from heat, stir and re-cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Makes 3 cups.
