Terms and Conditions for Wholesale Account Members

Following are the terms and conditions for the Wholesale Account Members under Wholesale Program. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice and the program members are responsible for knowing them.

• Minimum Purchase: Under the Wholesale program the required minimum purchase for each order is $100.00 at wholesale pricing. Additional shipping charges will apply.

• Wholesale Pricing: Komal Herbals products brand products are generally available at discounts that range from 20-50% off of retail pricing which are subject to change without notice. Exact pricing details are made available to current Wholesale Account Members periodically.

• Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP): Wholesale Account Members are expected to sell the products at the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price as listed on our Store and provided in the Wholesale Catalog and not less than these prices.

• Professional Use Only:The Wholesale accounts should not be used for personal purchases.

• Obligation to Collect / Report Sales & Use Tax: It is the Wholesale Account Member’s legal obligation to collect/pay/report any and all applicable sales & use tax to the relevant governing authorities.

It is understood that the Wholesale Account Members under Wholesale Program intends to purchase the products from Komal Herbals that will be sold at retail or used in the regular course of business as defined by the relevant authorities governing your area. It is your legal obligation to know and abide by the relevant tax laws and licensing regulations governing these transactions at all times. Ignorance of these laws cannot be an excuse and does not release you from your legal obligations.
