Nature, our planet, and all living beings should be more important to humans than just profit. Komal Herbals was founded on this simple principle combined with inspiration from the great wisdom of Ayurveda. These concepts have guided us every day for the last 18 years and will continue to do so into the future. These core principles motivate us to advance Ayurveda, an ancient wisdom of medical science of life from India to help others create and maintain a balanced human physical, mental, and spiritual health.

In today’s challenging times, when we face the dire state of our planet and ecosystem, these statements continue to be our guiding light. Therefore we profusely advocate for sustainable organic agriculture for all Ayurvedic herbs and plants, and support fair trade. Pursuing this path helps maintain the health of each of us by using the inherent principles of nature to bring the individual back into equilibrium with their true self. In essence, the wisdom and knowledge of Ayurveda has been in existence for us since the beginning of time and governed by nature's laws, our commitment helps bring balance not just to us but to you as well.

It is ultimately clear, sustainable quality of life hinges delicately on how we take care of nature, how we make efforts for co-existence on this planet; how we caretake our soils, water, and air; how we grow, store, make available the food we eat and the botanicals we need.
